Welcome to Mrs. Tindle's Technology Toolbox. This blog is designed to give teachers a "toolbox" of technology tips. Integrating technology into the curriculum is vital in today's classroom. Student engagement can be at its highest levels when students use technology to meet objectives. When students are allowed the opportunity to use technology in their classroom, they many times become completely engaged. Often times when students are using technology, they are creating something. When students are creating, they are using higher order thinking skills. This means student engagement is at its highest.To gather new ideas for your classroom, just click on a curriculum topic to the left. I hope you are enjoying your summer vacation so far. My goal today is to help you feel more comfortable in you ability to begin the 2013-2014 school year integrating iPads into your classrooms.
